Rates $220 initial consultation with assessment rating forms; $190 initial consultation without assessment rating forms; $190 per therapy hour (60 minutes) for treatment; $190 per hour for school meetings
$1200 Adult ADHD Assessment (includes interview & feedback sessions, administration of assessment instruments, diagnostic summary letter to physician).
$1200 to $2000 for general diagnostic assessment ((includes interview & feedback sessions, administration of assessment instruments, diagnostic report).
Assessment and consultation costs depend on the service required. There may be a fee for non-therapy services such as receipt duplication and reports to physicians and insurance providers. Estimates will be provided at the time the patient requests the non-therapy service. Payment for these services must be made in advance. There is no tax on psychological service since it is considered a health related service and therefore HST exempt.
Insurance Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment In person assessment and/or psychotherapy service payment can be made with cash, check, or Interact bank transfer to [email protected]. Telehealth online payments can only be made with Interac bank transfer to [email protected] . Payment is required at the time services are provided*.
*Direct Billing is NOT available for patients with insurance. Other Fees for other professional or administrative services such as correspondence and copying of records or receipts are charged at the above hourly rate.
